Are you a client success powerhouse who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple projects, and delivering high-impact content for industry leaders? If so, Podify is looking for a Partner Success Manager to own client relationships, oversee content production, and ensure our clients’ brands grow through podcasting and social media.
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their podcast production and social media strategy. You’ll ensure their content is top-tier, their brand is expanding, and their audience is growing—all while collaborating with our world-class production team (design, video, audio, and copywriting). This role is part account management, part content strategist, and part social media expert.

1. Client Success & Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs, goals, and expectations are met.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with podcasters, thought leaders, and personal brands.
Be proactive—anticipate client needs before they ask and offer solutions that drive results.
Communicate regularly via email, Slack, WhatsApp, and scheduled Zoom calls to keep clients engaged and informed.
2. Podcast & Social Media Strategy ExecutionOversee content planning, scheduling, and execution for client podcasts and social media.
Develop content strategies that increase podcast listenership, engagement, and brand authority.
Manage client social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook) to grow their audience.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality podcast episodes, social content, and marketing materials are delivered on time.
3. Project Management & Quality ControlManage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously without missing a beat.
Provide clear briefs to designers, video editors, audio engineers, and copywriters to ensure deliverables match client expectations.
Review and QA all client deliverables to ensure high standards of quality and clarity before they go live.
Track all client deliverables to ensure on-time execution and proper invoicing.
4. Performance Monitoring & OptimizationAnalyze content performance using platform insights, engagement metrics, and analytics tools.
Identify what’s working, what’s not, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize client strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve podcast growth and social media engagement strategies.
